KARTUMI DRESS

KARTUMI is a pure cotton dress with a Bikini cut inspired top and flared dress bottom half . The top back is tubelike and zipped through to the bottom half . It has straps to knot and hold across the shoulders beautifully.
It comes in colors white,  black, navy blue, red,orange,  nude and yellow cotton colors.
